What we collect

PresenceAudit collects the information you submit when requesting an audit, including your email address and any public social handles or profile URLs you provide for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, or similar platforms.

How we use your data

We use this information to generate your social presence audit, deliver the report, and send related results or purchase confirmations. We do not sell your submitted audit data to third parties.

Data retention

We retain submitted audit requests and contact details only for as long as needed to operate the service, provide purchased access, maintain basic records, and resolve support issues. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized in the normal course of business.
