These terms apply when you use PresenceAudit or purchase Pro access. By using the service, you agree to the terms below.

Service description

PresenceAudit provides social presence auditing tools that review the public profile information you submit and generate recommendations, reports, and related product features.

Payments and refunds

Pro access is sold as a one-time purchase. All prices are shown before checkout. Because digital access is delivered immediately after payment, purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with profile information you are authorized to submit. You may not misuse the product, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate the rights or privacy of others.

Limitation of liability

PresenceAudit is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for business, revenue, or reputation losses arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
